Students are encouraged to help earn cash for our school! Simply clip and save Box Tops from hundreds of products like Cheerios, General Mills, Ziploc and Kleenex products. Each Box Top is worth 10 cents for our school.
It may not seem like much, but it REALLY adds up. In fact during the 2017-2018 school year, our Box Top program raised an amazing $1,882.50 for Las Sendas! That’s free money, folks! We moved up from being ranked 63 to 32 out of 1948 schools in our state!
Simply fill out one of the collection sheets sent home in the Wednesday envelopes, or turn your trimmed Box Tops in a Ziplock baggie with your child’s name and your child’s teacher’s name on the front. The Box Top collection box is located in the Media Center.

The PTO holds monthly contests for both of these fundraisers, so have your kids get out those scissors and scour the pantry for Box Tops! In previous years, contests included ice cream parties, pizza parties and one lucky Box Top winner even got to throw a pie in Mr. K’s face! Get ready for more fun this year!
